The End

As you can see, I never got to downloading those few photos I took of my art I made a while ago.  Sorry about that.  I think I'm going to stop this Blog too.  And change to just posting my art on the Spiritweigh1 site instead.  

Going to redo a bit on that blog too.  Still - if I have them - will post on Sunday's any art that I've done along with my usual posts.  So if they hit the same day.... might end up with two postings!

This of course is not any of my art - but thought it was cute.

If you are looking for me... you know where to find me.  I will leave this blog up though.  Just not active.

I have no idea what it is suppose to be, but I like it.

And that's the last of my drafts of paintings.  I think I have a couple left on the camera, so I will down load them and hopefully have one or two for next Sunday. 

I think I seriously have to get to my paintings!  And stop adopting kittens.  ha ha ha ha.

Snowman

Made this last year for Christmas.  It's a delightful Snowman.  I quite like how it turned out.  Was thinking maybe making another Christmas design this year, but looks like I'm not getting to it.  Maybe next year....  it's a plan.

Sheep In The Field

Thought I'd try a sheep theme picture.

Mostly a glue type picture.  Super, super simple I know.  Kinda cute.

Not sure how I feel about it.  Came out ok, just doesn't draw me in.  I wonder if it's missing something.  Then again, maybe it's not me because it belongs to someone else.

I seriously have to get to my art work - otherwise I will be posting....nothing..... or just what I find on the internet!

Treasure Box

I decided to try another box.  Instead of the 'black' finbar design, I just used colour and real objects.  I still think the outside needs something on the outside front, but I can't think of what.  Maybe a black design.

The top has a clear top so that you can look into the box.  

Here is a clearer photo of the inside.  Just simple things but looks nice.  A small treasure.

More Christmas Cards

40 Cards Made

My sis planned a "Stain Glass Cards" day.  Some how I thought it was stain glass but with Christmas cards.  I guess I was so focused on the fact that I needed Christmas cards.  

We started and made a birthday card:

Then I went rough and asked to make stain glass Christmas cards....  Here is the total of cards made.  My sis helped me in the doubles and made 11 of them.

Ironically, this is the only Christmas stain glass one I made:

Of course I had to make one for my sweetie hubby:

Finally the last one I made.  I knew I wanted to make it purple.  Sis said the big snowflake would be nice with the white coming thru.  So I put purple on the back of the white card, went and punched out the snowflake on the purple for the front...... And realized, hey, wait.... Now I had a single purple snowflake in one hand, and a cut out of the outline of the snowflake on the purple.  That didn't work.  I sat there as sis worked on her computer, and I wondered.  Then I put the snowflake back into the purple cut out.... not exactly right as it blended too much.  Then I thought, wait, I could put a raised sticky so the snowflake would be higher, and sparkle the inside flake, and finally add a diamond.  Can't see that the snowflake is raised, but it looks lovely.  Haven't decided who to send it too.  Sis really liked it.... maybe I will send it to her!  ha ha ha 😄
